THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND ENVIQX
Jesús Rengifo
Jesús brings experience in healthcare and MedTech business development, strategic account management and complex institutional sales. His work connects clinical needs with procurement, finance and commercial priorities across the full sales cycle.
That perspective shapes how ENVIQX approaches channel decisions: understand the market and account economics, test assumptions against the pipeline, and turn findings into actions that a manufacturer and its distributor can execute and measure.
HOW THE WORK IS APPROACHED
Examine accounts, coverage, pipeline, pricing, portfolio adoption and the decisions that shape performance.
Separate market constraints from execution gaps and identify where focused action can make a difference.
Connect clinical value, procurement requirements, financial logic and distributor capabilities.
Agree clear actions, owners and indicators, then review what is moving in the market and adjust.
SELECTED WORK / ANONYMIZED
These examples describe diagnostic work that helped shape ENVIQX's approach. They show the questions examined and recommendations developed; they do not claim that subsequent growth or recovery was achieved.
01 / MARKET & ACCOUNT INTELLIGENCE
A healthcare company needed to understand more than its aggregate sales in institutional procurement.
The work analyzed public purchasing and commercial data across multiple periods, looking at hospital participation, revenue concentration, purchasing routes, declining or inactive accounts and opportunities that warranted follow-up.
The analysis turned a sales history into a prioritized view of account losses, potential recovery opportunities and indicators to monitor. It informed where commercial attention should go next.
02 / CHANNEL PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY
A MedTech manufacturer had a distributor in place but needed a clearer view of its brand's competitive position and channel execution.
The analysis cleaned and reconciled a substantial procurement dataset, then compared periods across tenders, accounts, categories, competitors, pricing and opportunities not captured. The review also considered fulfillment and contract-compliance risks that can affect the manufacturer's reputation.
Findings pointed to specific accounts and categories for recovery, a weekly tender pipeline, better use of suitable purchasing routes and ongoing competitor benchmarking. Recommended indicators included market share, win rate, opportunity value, relative price and reasons for loss.
Organization names, exact dates, volumes and sensitive operating details are withheld. The work described was diagnostic; the recommended actions are not presented as implemented outcomes.
